Terms of Service – Scheduler App

Last updated: May 28, 2026These Terms of Service govern the use of the Scheduler application ("the App"), a private, internal automation tool used solely by its owner to schedule and publish content to Facebook Pages administered by the owner. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Use

The App is an internal tool intended exclusively for the personal use of its owner. It is not offered to the public, does not accept registrations, and does not provide services to third parties. No person other than the owner is authorized to use the App.

2. Use of the Meta Platform

The App operates via the Meta Graph API and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. The owner agrees to comply with all applicable Meta policies in connection with the App's use of the Meta Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Meta's Platform Terms, Meta's Platform Terms govern.

3. Content

All content published through the App is owned by or licensed to the owner. The owner is solely responsible for ensuring that any content published via the App complies with applicable law and Meta's Community Standards and Content Policies.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The owner assumes all risk associated with its use, including any interruption of service, data loss, or failure to publish content as scheduled.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of the App shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
