Scheduler App - Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Scheduler application ("the App") collects, uses, and handles data in connection with its use of the Meta (Facebook) Platform. The App is a private, internal automation tool used solely by its owner to schedule and publish content to Facebook Pages that the owner administers.

1. What Information the App Collects

The App accesses the following data through the Meta Graph API, solely in connection with the owner's own Facebook Pages:

  • Page access tokens – used to authenticate API requests on behalf of the owner's Pages.

  • Page and post metadata – including post IDs, scheduled publish times, and post status, to manage scheduled content.

  • Page insights and analytics – including view counts and engagement metrics for posts published by the App, used to evaluate content performance.

  • Uploaded media – photos and video files posted to the owner's Pages via the App.

The App does not collect data from, or about, any person other than the owner. It does not collect personal information from Facebook users who view or interact with the Pages.

2. How the App Uses This Information

All data accessed by the App is used exclusively to:

  • Schedule and publish photo and video content to the owner's Facebook Pages at specified times.

  • Retrieve performance metrics (views, reach, earnings) to help the owner evaluate and optimize the content being published.

  • Confirm that scheduled posts have published successfully.

No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used for any purpose other than those listed above.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Access tokens are stored locally on the owner's private computer and are not transmitted to any third-party service. Post and analytics data retrieved from the Meta API is stored locally and used only for the owner's internal review. No user data is retained beyond the owner's own operational needs.

4. Data Sharing

The App does not share any data with third parties. It operates solely between the owner's local machine and the Meta Graph API.

5. How to Request Data Deletion

Because this App does not collect data from any person other than its owner, there is no user data to delete. If you believe the App has accessed your data in error, or if you have any question about this policy, you may submit a request by email to:

rbryanlee@gmail.com

Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 30 days.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the App's data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
